Ordered from these gents two weeks ago and received the shipment eleven days later. It was well-packaged, although like many distros they send without cases (and in this case did not separate CD from booklet with a rigid piece of carboard, causing physical imprints but no damage to the print on either). They're articulate and clearly packed the order with care, and were available for questions via email.
