    Well, well, boys and girls guess what the 950 exchange is not an exchange!
It is a prefix issued out by Long Distance Services to there customers. It has
no business office and the lady I talked to say's 950 doesn't exist in the 713
area code! So I had her call it three-way (Yes the main operators have three-
way), and I said well now what do you say! That's my service you just called
Skyline (What a joke!), and she told me that the 950 prefix has the best
security. She also went on to say that I didn't have to worry about people
abusing my line, as if they did they would be promptly caught! So I thought and
figured out that the 950 exchange is a S.C.C. (Specialized Common Carrier).
These numbers do not *Officially exist* to Southwestern Bell! They are like
russia's missiles in Cuba they don't officially exist. Getting the picture?
    These numbers are set-up by LDS's for the sole purpose of their safety, and
the demise of the phone phreak! Do not use any 950 port or you will find
yourself in a cage with homosexual men who like YOU!!!! Not my idea of fun! All
the 950 prefix is is just another SCC, which is depressing as I built up my
hopes.
