Whatâs happening is that Christianity has become an industry of sorts, and it caters to its consumers, who are overwhelmingly female. As wealth has transferred to women, who are the biggest discretionary spenders in the US by a wide margin, churches and preachers have turned to supplication to earn their daily bread. My advice: stop fighting your enemies.
Instead, take them over from within.
Any religion is a language which can describe the divine.
You will have to slowly modify it by using its own terms toward your ends.

Traditional Christianity is closer to Paganism than Christians want to admit. In fact, it's polytheistic, given the prominence given to Lord Satan.
The fact is that all religions are human creations trying to describe the infinite.
Approach them as you would any task: fix it up slowly and someday you'll have a great result.

Traditional Christianity is also closer to Paganism given the tripartite "division" of God. To say nothing of the Cult of Mary and the Saints.

I for one applaud this sites willingness to re-evaluate there position on things. However, from a constructive point of view I do not think all that much has changed, the editors appear to be searching for a new vehicle by which to express the sane and healthy truths they have always upheld. Moreover, I would venture to suggest that they are trying to appeal to those of a Traditionalist slant because they are fed up with metalheads who are more concerned with appearing evil than actually doing anything...... If you actually fucking READ the post, they don't say "oh Christianity isn't so bad after all!" - they say "it's closer to Paganism than most Christians want to admit." Way to assign a viewpoint that they didn't even express you dickless moron.

To be fair, there are other posts in this site praising Paganism, so by transitivity, the inference is made that to the extent that Christianity is like Paganism, it's not so bad.
