My cruel and unusual take on it: these dream vocals are completely directionless variations on a hackneyed and simple theme, played over bog-standard minor key indie rock. The only reason people like this crap is the quality production, entertaining videos and "high concept" band. It features overuse of adjectiveness and a superlative, over-descriptive style paired with an artificial sparseness. Total fucking idiots think this style is "good writing," and in fact most critics of ANUS bitch because we don't write in this pandering, faux intellectual, self-impressed and masturbatory way. Maybe they're just too busy reading all this deft flicking with its dreamy space-out dramatic and self-important agenda. We truly live in the age of salespeople.

(1) Why is there racism if there is no race?
(2) Why can't people with IQs < 100 win Nobel Prizes or achieve anything extraordinary, outside of the bounds of athletics and pop culture?
(3) If we say genetics says we are all the same just because each person's biochemisty is nearly 100% equal, then do we say humans are equal to bananas since we share 99.9..% of our genes with it?
(4) If everything must be decided democratically, then can we democratically chose no democracy?
(5) If we everyone's ideas are exactly the same, and there is no difference in beliefs then why can't fundamentalist Christians and Muslims agree? Why should we tell a kid there is no Santa Claus since we can all just agree to disagree and let anyone believe whatever?
