PRE-TEENS DRINIKING TO GET DRUNK
23 01 08 - 23:59 Drinking to get drunk is starting at a young age, in England and Wales, prompting children not yet into their teens to become involved in violence, vandalism and sexual risk, according to a study published today.The survey of deprived communities reveals a picture of widespread binge drinking among pre-teens and teenagers, frequently of over 20 units a week, with parents ignoring or even condoning the habit.
