"Philosophy requires the understanding of a whole system of thought to make conclusions. Narrow conclusions, of the form of 'x=bad, y=good' lead to a destruction of the bad and a symbolic celebration of the good, but as a whole system is not intended, the replacement system often becomes the previous system with only symbolic and democidal changes. This fails to achieve what the revolutionaries desire, and ravages the population with chaotic violence that produces no positive results. Did the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, or the hippie flower children of America produce a lasting effect? People remain servants to money over all else and have little hope of changing that order. Revolutions fail and revolutionaries become murderers with no clear plan to offset with creation the destruction they cause." - Vijay Prozak, "Nationalism"
