Everything on the damn web is under construction. It's as if all of our knowledge is in flux, despite the pronouncements of things being "proven" or "certified" every day. Personally I don't trust this. It's like we're all Big Brother enforcing a reality on each other, trying to stamp out all the goddamn "under construction" signs on the earth. I guess there's nothing to do but continue the search.
